Why I do this

I got into real estate because I genuinely enjoy the process — the strategy, the negotiation, the moment when a client gets the keys to a home they love. Ten years in, that hasn't changed.

What I've learned is that most of the value a good agent brings isn't in the obvious stuff. It's in knowing when to push on price, when to hold firm on an inspection item, when a listing is overpriced and will sit, and when it's genuinely worth moving fast on.
